Sneak Peak! 3

Here are two more photos of
Aaron Ross's frame. I know you've already seen the dropout, but I have a contest for you. Full size photos of all 3 color samples of Aaron's frame are hidden somewhere in the archives on this site. It could be a photo or a link, so you'll have to do some work. The first person to
email me the photo and where it is located on the site will win.....
a gigantic sundae similar to the one in Aaron's
first Sunday ad!! We will work out the details when the winner is figured out! Good luck!
Taylor and Piazza
Jim Cielencki's full bike check can be found over on the
Odyssey site. These is a
Black Magic 20.5 Second Wave with the much misunderstood
shaved headtube. I'll keep you posted on any issues with it. Did a mostly black bike because it was lighter and I needed a change of color until I can think of something more interesting.
Mike Taylor is back riding again and getting wild with Krylon cans. Rasta paint job without the cough. Look for another bike check coming because Mike is going to be testing a shaved headtube frame.
Joey Piazza lives in
NYC and has been getting flow stuff from us since last summer. Here is a photo of his black
Ian Schwartz frame built up along with
Morning 2.1 forks and
toothpaste Trumph bars.
Vinnie in Vapors!

Hey did you guys see
Vinnie Sammon in this
Vapors article up on
Defgrip? It is posted up there as well as the real life issue which is all based around 2 wheeled bikes. I picked up the issue the other day as well as rode
Greyboy's side hack which is featured in the same issue. Has anyone ever ridden one? They are so fun, so weird and seem so dangerous!
Sneak Peak! 2
You guys are good! You figured out the first sneak peak was a shot of Aaron Ross's new frame called the Funday. Well, please forgive me for annoying you because I'm just going to show you bits and pieces of his frame through out the week. Actually I'm just trying to make SPRFLS 2 days in a row!
Sneak Peak!
Can you guess whose frame this is? It is really simple! This photo is of the prototype that we recently got in to start testing. Look for more info and photos some time in the next few weeks! Meanwhile check out this photo.
Did you see this?

Did you guys check out these
Chad Shack produced videos on
Defgrip?
Picking Brains is just that, a few of us talking about
Guadalajara Mexico which was a totally new place to us. We wanted to show that we went there for more than just the bike riding.

This next one also on
Defgrip is a sort of mini group discussion by
Jim Cielencki and
Jake Seeley. We talk about the official it trick of the last year the
Luc-e grind. I've been into that trick for a long time, so it was really good to talk with someone who is just as excited about it as I am.
Sunday Friend's Bike Checks!
Nicholas Toncheff aka
Scooter from
Cleveland, Ohio recently got a new
white Ian Schartz frame built up. If you are new to riding, Scooter was was a
Chenga 1 local that tore it up. He had a wall ride named after him there. Well Scooter is back on a bike and its great to have him riding again!
Clint Adams from
Atlanta, Georgia built up a new
Black Magic Second Wave. Atlanta is one of my favorite cities so I'm even happier that there's another Sunday frame down there!

Here is
Derrick Waters brand new
white Ian Schwartz frame all built up. I don't know where he lives, so I have no little side story for you. Either way thanks Derrick for being into Sunday. Anyone else have photos of their new Sunday's built up send them to me
here!
More Mexico photos!

Aaron Ross had to fight some serious traffic that would make any normal human being insane. He didn't quite get what he wanted, but it was awesome none the less.

Jake Seeley messing around after dinner. Think he got a cramp right after this. Jake also messed around with this rail, he isn't going up the rail just so you know.

Ian Schwartz was asked to sign an "autograph" which ended up being the fish graphics from his signature frame that came out a month ago. It was suppose to turn into a tattoo, but I think the fish wore off from the heat. Next is a self portrait shot during the street jam we went to. We rode a bunch, ate slushie's and played some seriously fun games of foot down. Sunday foot down tour? Any one?

Guadalajara Cathedral night time shot.
Aaron and a few of his friends from Mexico decided to pose for a picture.
Random Mexico photos for you!

Here is a few photos from Mexico that I shot over the first few days of the trip. First is the Cathedral area of downtown. There's a number of famous Mexican people buried here and their statues are all around the outside.
Second is this young ripper who proceeded to boost this footplant over the rail at the skatepark. Mexico had a whole bunch of young guys on the come up.

Jake laughing while working on some good tricks which he landed moments later. Ah, good ol' American hangouts! Some of the guys hanging out at Starbucks which boasted a nice rail a few feet away and a quarterpipe curb in the drive thru.

So when we weren't eating at American chain restaurants, we ventured into this place called Abuello's. Spanish American cuisine at its sort of finest. The best part was the guacamole and salsa that was freshly made in front of us. The second best was
Kurt's face after trying salsa and chocolate cake!
Sunday in Guadalajara Mexico!

Hey a few of us are down in
Guadalajara Mexico filming for the Sunday video.
Ian Schwartz,
Jake Seeley,
Aaron Ross and myself are down here. Check out
thecomeup for constant photo updates and be on the look for some interesting web articles too. I'll let you know more as we get them done. Also, RSVP now for the rooftop party we are having Saturday night.
