Canadian Vacation!

We took our second vacation of the year in Canada and it’s wonderful city of Toronto. Aaron Ross, Alex Magallan, Lee Dennis, Garrett Reeves, Jake Seeley and Erik Elstran spent over a week visiting bike shops, riding skateparks and hitting up various street spots.  Just want to say thank you to Ryder Distribution, Momentum Cycles, The Bike Zone, Bay Cycle and Backpeddling Bike Shop for the good time and hospitality. Let’s do this again!

Our Canadian Vacation trip video went up yesterday and today we are posting some random disposable camera shots from the trip. Garrett Reeves looks like such a badass in the first photo.  Hitting your mouth on your crossbar is never fun.  After clicking through the photos, watch the Canadian Vacation video by clicking more.

Garrett Reeves vision

Garrett Reeves has an eye for spots and this kinked “curved” wallride on a baseball backstop is not something most people would see.  This photo was in his Ride BMX interview a few months back.  Although this clip is not in this video, check out the video part that accompanied his interview right HERE.  Photo by Devin Feil.  Garrett has a signature 2013 complete bike which you can check out after the break.

Last week at Interbike, we showed our new Octave Forks, Garrett Reeves grips and the new Sunday headset.  Thanks to Ride BMX for posting these photos.  Look for the Octave Forks in mid-October and everything else later on.

Garrett and Jim on ESPN

ESPN posted a good photo gallery today featuring Garrett Reeves grinding his way up a rail via bottom bracket and front wheel.  While Jim Cielencki can be seen pedal ice grinding down a famous Nashville rail.  Good stuff today!  Check out the photos HERE.

Garrett Reeves Box Jumpin’

Garrett Reeves doing a sick table over a literal box jump.  Shot by Trent Barker during our Canadian Vacation trip in Toronto a few weeks back. Garrett’s Ice Green really stands out in this photo.  Check out his 2013 EX complete and the new Soundwave frame in this color after the break.

Introducing the Soundwave frame

View Gallery

The Soundwave is the latest in the Wave series of frames. This is the most modern, highest quality frame we have offered to date. The geometry has been updated by changing the HT to 75˚, lowered the BB height to 11.5” and shortened the CS length to 13.5” – 13.75”. We have also given the chain stays an updated “boxed” tube shape. This enables the frame to have a shorter rear end as well as provide clearance for larger sized rear tires. Now you have the modern geometry plus all the aftermarket frame features that makes Sunday frames stand out from the crowd. Hollow dropouts, integrated chain tensioners, Wave down tube and top tube, Cable Channel, new screw-in cable guide,  angled removable brake mounts, Director style wishbone, post-weld machining of the BB & HT and full 41 Thermal heat-treating backed by a lifetime warranty all come standard on the Soundwave.

Available in 20.75”, 21” and 21.25” top tube sizes along with Black Magic and Garrett Reeves signature Ice Green colors.
