Ian Schwartz discusses Up Up and Away!
Ian Schwartz is one of the more unique riders in BMX today. And I’m sure after you see his video part in the upcoming Sunday video Up, Up and Away, you’ll agree with me. As a teaser I did a simple interview where he discusses the trials and tribulations of traveling, filming and making his upcoming section, this is the first of a two part interview. Look for interviews with the rest of the team along with other random tid bits over the course of the next few weeks.

As far as current team updates go, Jake’s back home in Western Mass drinking gatorade, Ian’s in Ohio waiting out the rain, Aaron’s in Nashville on Roadfools, Alex is in Kansas doing shows, Eric and Kurt are surfing in California’s heat, Mike and Joe are waiting for spring to come, Lee is probably at Life Cycle. Check out this art studio bike check of Chris Mahaffey‘s Black Magic Second Wave Kit. Don’t know Chris, well he filmed a great deal of Alex Magallan‘s upcoming video part in Up, Up and Away! He also filmed the Nashville video Nobody Special from 2007 which featured Alex, Nathan Williams, Talem Cowart and Shane Weston along with a few others. Here is our first Up, Up and Away ad of myself in Guadalajara Mexico from last summer. The setup is weird and to get in this positon is very precarious, but you’ll just have to wait for the video to drop in April.

Or you can watch it over on youtube right here. In more news, the video is having the finishing touches done to it over the next few days then off for duplication.
