Lucero in Buffalo

One of BMX’s favorite bands, Lucero, played the Mohawk Place in Buffalo last night. It was a much anticipated show around here and they didn’t disappoint one bit! From the moment the show started you could tell it was going to be good. They were energetic, dynamic, creative and adaptive. If you ever get a chance to see them live you won’t want to miss it. They are one of the best live bands I have ever seen. Plus you might just get to see two girls making out in the front row like in the right photo below. My phone takes poor photos!

Ben, a Buffalo Bills hat and the girl with the weird tattoo is making out with another girl.

Taiwan Trip!

Recently I was searching for the best jet lag a person could have, so I decided going to Taiwan would give me it. While I was there, I stopped by the Sunday Bikes factory, got pulled around on a scooter and ate some very different food that I am not use to. Enjoy the photos!

Taipei on my last day and scooter races at night!

Sunday frames being made and rockin with McDonald’s!

Road between some rice paddys and pidgeon as dinner!

This bank was a mile long and the only BMX shop in Taiwan. These guys took me around and showed me a whole bunch of good spots!

Four on a scooter and a self portrait!

World’s tallest building in Taipei, the 101. This Buddha brings really good luck! Lastly, my bike in front of a rice paddy.

Vinnie Sammon Signature Colorway!

Here it is, the Vinnie Sammon Signature Sunday! color way. The frame is Metallic Black and features a Vinnie Signature Sticker set. Vinnie has Jersey pride so there is no reason the frame shouldn’t reflect that. Toptube sticker is a play off an old pizzerias table cloth. Head tube badge has the Jersey outline and a bit of that Italian flair. The collage of numbers near the BB are all New Jersey area codes, 201 is the area Vinnie reps.

The frame should arrive soon and will be available mid to late April. It will come in all 4 lengths in the Brake version and 20.5, 21 in the Brakeless version. So contact your favorite shop and tell them to call Blackout, QBP or SBS because this stuff is coming in. See the Contact page for a list of all our International Distributors.

Brake Version: 20″, 20.5″, 21″ and 21.25″

Brakeless: 20.5″ and 21″
