For this CLOSE UP, we present you the Aaron Ross SIG which is the crown jewel of the Aaron Ross line of bikes.  The bike is chrome with black graphics and a red parts kit.  This is the first time you could get a Sunday in chrome and that’s not even the best part. The best part is it’s amazing parts package which has Sunday, G-Sport, Odyssey and KMC aftermarket parts.  Even more amazing is the fact that the bike costs the same as the aftermarket parts kit if you were to buy it separately!  It’s really hard to beat a parts kit that includes a G-Sport Ratchet hub, Odyssey Twombolts and Sunday Morning 2.1 forks just to mention a few.  Still the most complete completes!

For this CLOSE UP, we present you the purple Aaron Ross AM.  It features 3 aftermarket parts from Odyssey, KMC and Sunday. Since Aaron has a signature shoe on Etnies, this bike has shoelace graphics which can be seen along the toptube, headtube, fork leg and handlebar.  With all of these features plus the chromoly dropouts, headtube and Sunday’s own Wave downtube, this bike stands at the top of the starter category.  Check the photos for a closer look.

Alex Magallan decided to change some things up on his bike, so he put together this 21″ purple Forecaster with matching Morning 2.1 forks and chrome Tall T bars.  He was looking to add some length to the front of his bike, so he made the jump from a 20.75″ to the 21″.  He also quickly adapted to the Forecaster’s 75 degree headtube angle.  Check out his complete parts list after the break and take a peek at his previous bike check.

This might have been one of the funniest things to make.  Only a few of us have every worn a Santa Claus suit and no one had ever ridden in one.  It was quite a surprise to see what tricks got done.  Aaron Ross did the 3whip 15 minutes after being in the suit and did it multiple times.  I think Gary Young had forgotten he was even wearing the suit. The most difficult part was dealing with the beard covering your vision.  Look for some of the unused clips, crashes and random stuff later on, but for now enjoy these photos.
