Look like we have a Sunday Friends from Latvia and it’s a Black Magic Model C! I do believe this is the first one in Latvia which is courtesy of Sergej Babikov. Check this out! Jim Bauer jumping the new Woodward Mega Ramp on his Model C! I do believe this is a first for a Model C. From my experience, I would rather jump that far on a 24″ than a 20″ due to it being way more stable. The cool thing about this set up is that you can test jump it by jumping increments at a time. Actually jumping 25ft as a test jump would be really scary! So sick! Nice work Jim! And nice work Jeff Z who shot this photo!
Check out this photo of Kevin Jones riding his Model C at the York Jam last weekend. He said he can do basically everything on the Model C except undertakers. If you’re unfamiliar with Kevin Jones then you should go buy the Dorkin’ boxset and learn a few things. He’s probably the most influential flatlander ever and was one of my biggest influences as rider. He invented Hang 5’s, whiplashes, steamrollers, hitchhikers and so many other tricks. Flatland changed dramatically when Kevin and the rest of the Plywood Hoods came on the scene. Their influence can easily be traced to today’s riding. So, seeing this photo made my day. Check out Flynn Jones’ silver Model C kit that he got over at Adventure Bikes in Mesa, AZ! He’s definitely another believer in this geometry. The Model C completes have come and gone so quickly from our warehouse. Check your local shop for availability or just wait til the next shipment in June. still a few remaining Model C frame kits left like Flynn’s.
A Sunday Model C in Spain? Yep, this is Iván Fariñas Soto‘s silver Model C kit. You can see more photos of his bike including his custom Model C stickers, right HERE. There’s also some photos of the bike in action over HERE. It’s really nice to see people enjoying the 24″ bikes around the world!

Australia is the first country to get the Sunday completes in the world! Here’s a photo of them coming off the truck at BMX International. They arrived a day or so ago and are quickly flying off store floors! There’s been great response to all the bikes especially the Funday PRO! Can’t wait to here people’s thoughts on the Model C complete. We are really happy with how all the bikes have come out! Don’t worry they will be arriving in other parts of the world really soon!
Colby Mockler sent me a photo of his Black Magic Model C! This thing is blacked out like the Model C complete that is coming next spring! Looks so amazing especially with the clear Twisted PC‘s! Super nice!
