Sunday Ad:
Garrett Reeves

Garrett Reeves is featured in our newest ad doing this high speed street gap to wallride. Actually, this is Garrett’s first Sunday ad!  I’m a big fan of having your first ad be a banger and this one is no exception.  This is featured in January/February 2011 issue of Ride BMX.  In other Garrett news, he’s currently enjoying the beautiful weather of Long Beach, CA because he’s now a resident there.  He just moved there early this month.  Congratulations Garrett on your first ad and the move out to California!  Photo Jeff Z

Sneak Peek:
Conductor

Introducing the new Sunday Conductor frame.  It’s look is simple and classic with geometry specifically suited for stability at higher speeds.  The stability comes from the longer top tube lengths combined with it’s 14″-14.75″ chainstay length.  It has a normal, not so twitchy headtube angle that remains responsive.  The chainstay brake mounts continue the classic look.  It’s drivetrain fits up to a 36 tooth sprocket and is specifically designed for larger gear ratios.  Sunday frames have always had a stiffer feel due to the Director style wishbone and the non-sandwiched seat tube junction which improves lateral stiffness. While the gusset and the minimal spacing between the toptube and downtube at the headtube improves vertical stiffness. Whether it’s a set of doubles at the trails or a bowl corner at a concrete skatepark, the Conductor is ready for it all.  Look for it to be available in early 2011!

TT:
21″ & 21.25″
HT: 74.5
ST: 71
CS: 14″-14.75″
BB Height: 11.8″
Color: Black Magic
Features: 41 Thermal Heat-Treating, chainstay brake mounts, 5mm dropouts, traditional tubing shapes and a drivetrain designed for larger gearing.

2010 Refresher:
Alex Magallan D-Town Limits

Sometimes you forget how good videos are when new stuff appears online everyday.  Alex Magallan’s D-Town Limits video came out at the very, very end of last year.  It was filmed over a 2 day period which usually means the quality will be low, but not in this case.  Good stuff, fast riding, unique lines and just all around shredding.  Alex had this to say about this video.

Donelson Limits is the area where my brother and I grew up. A ton of memories and good spots.  Also, it’s a stones throw away from the Grand Ole Opry.  The edit was two days worth filming and a pretty fun project. This being my first video that I’ve ever edited, I was just learning and figuring what goes where. Still can’t believe the year is coming to a end. Time flies, hope you enjoyed. Have fun go PEDAL!  Thanks.

LAX to ATX Flipbook!

View Gallery

Here is the LAX to ATX Flipbook that accompanies the video we dropped the other day.  There’s a whole bunch of photos of the whole team plus some random ones as well.  Mostly shot from my point of view, but other photos by Jake Seeley, Alex Magallan and Aaron Ross.  There should be some more randomly on our Facebook page as well.  The trip was a lot of fun and if you missed the video then follow this LINK.

Aaron Ross Mic’d up NYC!

Aaron Ross spent some time in NYC during October hanging out with his friend from back home and riding the Red Bull Trick or Treat contest with Eric Lichtenberger.  Here’s a video ESPN did with him one day during that trip. Fun stuff and Aaron’s the best.

Aaron Ross second for 2010!

Aaron Ross was pronounced the second most popular rider for 2010 according to BMXonline.com.  This is easily understandable, he’s one of the nicest, most creative and best guys in BMX. Congrats Aaron!

Check out his Empire Cake video after the break….

LAX to ATX

Here is our latest video which features the whole main Sunday team traveling on a post-Interbike trip from southern California to Austin with brief stops through the hot desert of Arizona and New Mexico.  Well, the whole team started the trip, but Gary Young got taken out early on by a gigantic surf obstacle at the Built to Shred ranch, so Alex Magallan, Aaron Ross, Garrett Reeves, Tom Arkus, Eric Lichtenberger, Jake Seeley, Jim Cielencki and Lee Dennis had to carry on without him.  This trip is featured in the latest issue of Ride UK which you can also see on their iPhone app.  Check back tomorrow for pictures from the trip.  Enjoy!
